The European Factory Platform – EFPF has allocated 2.5 Million Euro to provide Financial Support to third parties for open experimentation over the federated
EFPF. The call opens in September 2020:
- Funding per experiment: 50.000€ – 150.000€
- Duration: 6 months – 12 months
- Time period for experiments: Sept 2021 – Aug 2022
The open call for experimentation supports two types of experiments:
- Experiments for the development, testing, validation or utilization of digital manufacturing applications and services:
- Applications and validation of EFPF solutions in real-world digital manufacturing and supply chain scenarios.
- Development of new tools or solutions, either by using the
EFPF SDK or combining functionalities of
EFPF solutions.
- Experiments for the enhancement of
EFPF ecosystem through the integration of innovative solutions:- Integration of 3rd applications in the
EFPF federation. - Integration of 3rd party platforms in the
EFPF federation through agreements on security framework, providing
EFPF users with wider access to smart factory and digital manufacturing solutions.
